Listeners and callers

When you call, the service processes your phone number and call events. It keeps a listening record tied to that number — which songs played, when, and any keypad ratings you gave. If you leave a message, it stores the recording, your phone number when available, the song you heard, and the time and length of the message so the artist can receive it.

Listener profiles

From the phone menu you can set a profile PIN for the number you are calling from. The service stores a cryptographic hash of the PIN, never the PIN itself. Entering your phone number and PIN on the website signs you in to a profile showing your own listening record: recent plays, ratings, and messages you have left, including playing those recordings back.

Signing in sets a cookie that keeps the profile open on that browser. Signing out or letting the session expire ends access; anyone who knows both your number and your PIN can see the same history, so pick a PIN you do not use elsewhere.

Text messages

The line sends a text only when a caller asks for one during a call and agrees after hearing the messaging disclosure. The service keeps a record of that agreement — the number, when it was given, and the artist that prompted it — as the opt-in record the carrier registration requires. It uses the caller's number to send the message and does not add it to any list for later messaging.

Mobile information is never sold. It is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers reach Telnyx only as the carrier delivering the message you asked for.

Artists

Artist accounts store a display name, linked sign-in identifiers or passkey public-key data, profile settings, uploaded audio, listening totals, and voicemail. If you register phone numbers as your own so calls from them do not count toward your stats, those numbers are stored until you remove them. Secret passkey material remains on your device.

Interest list

If you register interest, the service stores your email address, whether you are interested as an artist or listener, and the time you consented to updates.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and storage. Telnyx operates calls, messages, and phone numbers. Selected sign-in providers authenticate artists, and Stripe handles paid dedicated-number subscriptions. The service does not sell personal information.

Retention and control

Artist and listener-profile sessions expire after 30 days. A profile PIN remains until you change it from the phone menu or ask for its removal. Caller messages remain available to the artist until deleted. Interest-list entries remain until removal is requested. Operational records are kept only while they are useful for security, reliability, billing, or aggregate listening totals.
