Terms of use
dialaso.ng is a telephone jukebox. Independent artists put songs on a phone line, and anyone can call the dialaso.ng line to hear them.
Calling the line
Calls are free to place from the United States, though your own carrier's voice and data charges still apply. Songs, greetings, and menus change as artists update them. The line may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages.
Text messages
After a song plays, the menu offers to text you that artist's link. Pressing that key is your request for the message and your consent to receive it. dialaso.ng then sends one text to the number you called from.
Message frequency depends entirely on you: one message per request, and none unless you call and ask again. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message and the line will send you no further texts. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email support@crashunited.com.
What the service does with your number is described in the privacy policy. In short: it sends the message you asked for and does not sell or rent the number.
Messages you leave for artists
The menu can record a message for the artist whose song you heard. That recording goes to the artist, who can play, keep, or delete it. Do not record anything you would not want the artist to hear, and do not record threats, harassment, or anyone else's copyrighted audio.
Artist accounts
Artists keep ownership of the audio they upload and are responsible for holding the rights to it. Uploading audio grants dialaso.ng permission to store it, transcode it, and play it to callers for as long as it stays in rotation. Accounts that host infringing audio, or that use the line to harass callers, can be removed.
Paid numbers
Dedicated phone numbers are billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. Cancelling ends the subscription at the close of the current period, after which the dedicated number is released and may be reassigned.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranty. dialaso.ng does not guarantee that the line stays reachable, that recordings survive provider failures, or that any particular song is available at a given moment.
